A mentoring book for teams and groups?

I have gotten a lot of requests to develop something that a leader in an organization can do with his or her team to get an effective mentoring plan implemented in their organization. I have been taking a serious look at what a resource like this might look like. I know it can't be complicated and it should have no more than 4 to 6 chapters. But I also want to make sure that this resource does not box people in to a one-size-fits all mentality. Comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

A book for dads?

I have just started this project. I purposed in my heart to never write a book like this until our kids became adults. Only then could we see the "fruit of our labor." One of the great joys that Anne and I have had is to have all 3 of our kids with us throughout every age and stage of their growth. We are convinced that dad is the key. But the tension for dads is that it is in a man to give his life to work. We spend more time at work than we do with our families. So how can dad reconcile the tension of having to work hard everyday while staying connected and close with his kids in the little free time that he has?
